Return Policy
We ask that upon delivery you inspect the packaging for any damage that could have occurred during shipping. Baby Light & Clip.com will refund or exchange if the product is damaged or defective with in 7 days of receipt. Item must be unused, in original packaging and must be returned with the receipt.
To make a return please complete the refund form and return it with a duplicate copy of your packing slip and your merchandise. If you no longer have your packing slip, please email or call our Customer Service Department to obtain a return authorization number. Please Click here for the return form.

Please ship the product back to us via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, and we STRONGLY recommend that you insure the package. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. Wrap item(s) carefully in a box and enclose the bottom portion of the completed packing slip with item(s). Remember, we can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse. We will send you an email confirmation when we receive the shipment and credit your account immediately. Once again please be sure to insure your package for we cannot take responsibility for packages that do not make it back to our warehouse.
